2. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only after full/partial payment as specified.
• Customers must provide accurate information; Route India is not responsible for errors in details provided.
• Any additional charges (taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Governed by our Cancellation Policy.
• Route India service fees are non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Customers are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and permits.
• Route India is not liable for denial of travel due to improper documents.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Route India is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or any events beyond our control.
• Compensation, if any, will be subject to service provider policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on routeindia.in (logos, images, text, design) is property of Route India and cannot be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
