Cancellation & Refund Policy – Route India
At Route India, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
- Cancellations by Customer
- Flight/Hotel/Package Bookings: Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
- Service Fees: Our service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Timeframe: Refund eligibility depends on how many days before the travel date cancellation is requested.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated after receiving cancellation confirmation from suppliers.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
- In case of partial cancellations, applicable charges will be deducted.
- No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to show up on the date of travel/check-in, no refund will be provided.
- Cancellations by Route India
- If Route India cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be provided.
