Cancellation & Refund Policy – Route India

At Route India, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  1. Cancellations by Customer
  • Flight/Hotel/Package Bookings: Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
  • Service Fees: Our service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Timeframe: Refund eligibility depends on how many days before the travel date cancellation is requested.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be initiated after receiving cancellation confirmation from suppliers.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
  • In case of partial cancellations, applicable charges will be deducted.
  1. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up on the date of travel/check-in, no refund will be provided.

  1. Cancellations by Route India
  • If Route India cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be provided.
